I paid for expidited shipping, and I didn't not receive my book until 10 days later. I contacted the company they did respond quickly and refunded my shipping charge.

Not 8th edition! This is a 7th 'India' International Edition, black and white copy. 7th editions can be found many places and very inexpensive.
