Book is great condition. I have orders more than a dozen books so far, navarr dissappointed with respect to shipping time and book quality.

Emailed a few times and never got a response, paid for expedited shipping but was sent media mail I received it after the date that I needed it had to purchase the book elsewhere. waiting for refund

This book was listed in 'Good" condition and it is not! This textbook was listed in "Good"condition but the spine is separate from this hard cover of the book it is diificult to use as a result

The book wasn't the exact book that I needed and I was charged a restocking fee for returning the book.

Book came pretty quick in the mail, just as described online. It was used. The only thing negative was that when out the book in the shipping package they put the seal on top on the book, so annoying.
