Book was soaked when I came home from work to bring package in. It has permanent water damage.

One book was out of stock even though I ordered it and it said in stock, so I had to find that book elsewhere. Second book came with a packing slip from a different company sold for $100 less.

Item not available despite website's claim at time of order. Notified only after the fact. Very disappointing. All I accomplished was to spread some CC details wider and get on another ad list.
This book arrived with a little damage to the cover and some of the pages. I think a larger envelope with more padding could have prevented this.
