I want to know about my order... when is coming?

The book I received was a different cover and ISBN. I tried to contact the seller twice through the Valore site and they never responded. Don’t buy from this seller.

Book arrived in good shape. However, it was about a week later than promised.

I ordered over a week ago, and i still haven't received anything. I'd like to know the status of my order. ASAP

I have NEVER received the book !!

After several weeks with nothing received, the order was canceled by the supplier leaving us without books a short time before the course using them is to start.

I did not receive my order by the date given to me. The order had no tracking number, so I contacted the seller. They re-sent the item but I still have not received it.

I was informed the order shipped on 12 June, arrive by 28 June. On 3 July I inquired to its status because it had not arrived. Only then was I told it did not ship. Totally bad customer experience.

Received book in good condition.

Great condition. Chapter order may differ. You still have access to web content for this book except it takes some googleing effort to find it. Other than that l, no complaits

I was very satisfied with price, and condition of book. The book was brand new, at an outstanding price
