The title of the book said that this included the access code I needed, but after calling support they said that it clearly states (in small print that isn't obvious that the code isn't included.
The spine of the book becomer more loose every time I open the book. Other than that its great.
The correct book came when it was expected and in good condition.

The book has major water damage and the pages stick together, there is also a random shape cut out of the front cover of the book.
A couple pages were on the verge of falling out. The book was not in good condition. 2 pages fell out because the book was falling apart when I got it.
