Originally, I was dissatisfied because there wasn't anything on my package that explained the return process. Later I received what I needed to successfully return my item.
Book looks particularly new (outside)! Not much difficulty reading text. A LOT of writing inside book itself - it's really annoying.
The book had water damage and was not in a rentable condition. The book was bound with packing tape and the first few pages of the book were crumpled up and stuck to said tape. Very unsatisfied.
Very disappointing. Some pages were detached and also had missing pages. Could not complete certain assignments due to missing pages.
