Got my textbook on time and in great shape. No bends, funny smells or anything. Better renting price than other websites too; it was around $40

Fast shipping, book is ok, lots of highlighting and writing in it. But I can deal with it.
I shipped this book back way before the deadline, then 4 weeks later I get charged a late fee and you all are saying you never got the book I already shipped back to you!!
Was cancelled after paid. Havent seen the $ back yet either.
No issues w/ rental. But the return emails I rec'd said "Pack your textbooks and postmark via USPS before [due date]" However the return label is UPS, not USPS. Made an xtra trip to post office b/c of
