This was a hard to find text. The vendor had it in stock and shipped it the day after I submitted my order. I paid a few dollars extra for expedited shipping, and I had my book on time.

Book arrived late. It was sent Media Mail instead of the Prioirity upgrade that I requested. Seller did refund part of the shipping costs, but really didn't appologize for what happened.
