Ordered my book and the next business day I got an email saying it was "returned damaged by post office" and instead of resending the book they sold it to someone else and are now out-of-stock! Bogus!
Order cancelled with no communication to me. Horrible customer service!

Quickly sent and delivered
I was told I would receive a full refund within 3-5 business days. Well guess what, its been NINE (9) BUSINESS DAYS. Im a college student and $137 missing from my account is placing my life on hold.
School changed book and we sent this one back. Still waiting for refund, have not received yet!!!
