I ordered this book earlier this year and never received my textbook. I waited and waited. I never received a conformation email stating that it had shipped or cancelled.
Book was in great condition
I returned the book unopened & I have received No response.
book does not have the access card in it per the description, & the entire back cover's plastic is ripped off and hanging off in dangling pieces. This book wasn't acceptable, but I needed it quickly
Great Condition. It was dilivered wishing a reasonable window of time. Overall, awaome experience.
Given the price I would anticipate the book is in better condition. The cover of the book has serious damage and it is very dirty. I feel it goes well over what is acceptable.
