The cover is clearly marked as not to be distributed outside of the country of intended sale, i.e., not to be distributed in the U.S. Therefore I ask how you could possibly place it on sale in the US

But that's picture that was not what I received.
Shipping took two weeks just like they said it would. But the book I received was the "Indian Special Edition" not the international edition that I had ordered. Core of the book is same exhibits not
