Please send the request feedback of the 2 previous texts. One of the texts, I still didn't receive my refund. This subject text arrived 2 days later than promised.

I am very unhappy. I ordered the book on September 6th, paid extra for expedited shipping because I needed it by a certain day, and I did not receive the book for almost 3 weeks. Seller wasn't helpful

Did not receive book! Needed it for school, now I'm behind on school work!

Your delivery was horrible. It took more than 35 days for the book to arrive. We even bought another book and it arrived first.

It took way too long for my books to be delivered!

I still have not got my fucking book yet and I ordered it a month ago. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I will not come back to you.

The book is usable, however, it is in terrible condition. Pages have cuts in them the edges are uneven, and it has a horrid smell. Will not be purchasing from here again.

A tracking number would be great for customers to know the status of thier order. I also waited longer than the estimated time to receive my book. I even called my bank to file a dispute
