HORRIBLE, SLOW service!! It took exactly 13 business days to receive, which is 3 weeks from when I ordered it. Half of my semester was over before I received this book. The book is useless to me now.
Book is in good condition, however shipping took a whole month which put me behind in class. I ordered another book from another website and got it within a week standard shipping.
Received pretty fast. Good condition and good price.
Sent wrong book. Not replying to email. Extremely unhappy with this seller
Sent wrong book, but eventually refunded. Would've liked for the transaction to go smoother, but they corrected it. My only gripe is that it took 4 days to refund AFTER they received their book back.
I DO NOT WANT THIS BOOK. I SENT IT TO YOUR ON TEXTBOOK SELL BACK for $61.65. What is happening; where is my check?
