Book showed up within 3-4 days. Would use again.

Never got the books I ordered.

Hard to get a hold of seller. No reply to last email at all. 1st book was “lost in transit” so they sent me out another book but I paid small fee for “expedited” which did not happen. Unacceptable.

it’s been over a month and I still don’t have this book. They say book is delivered in 8-10 business days. Nope! I got my other book about 3 weeks ago. Still waiting....

I emailed seller about this book which I returned and I have not heard back

Paid for expedited shipping, the order arrived almost 3 weeks after I ordered it. I contacted customer support who couldn't help me at all, just told me contact seller (thought I was)

Never received, and did not receive explanation as to why.

Never received notice by seller that I was not going to get book I ordered. Did not receive order.

I NEVER received my book!!! I emailed the seller with NO response and eventually had to get valorebooks involved. They ended up refunding me my money, but I am furious with this seller!!

No tracking info, didn't receive book. Emailed, no answer. Threatened to reach out and get a refund. Suddenly they respond, "The package was lost," & shipped book. I bet they didn't ship it 1st time.
