Do you know you charge us 6 times more expensive than Amazon.com??? How can this tiny book be $62???
Arrived on time and in good condition
was very slow to deliver. eventually did get the book in said condition. for some reason shipped from the united kingdom even though was listed as shipping from illinois.
Never rec'd, was told it was already sold to another customer. Not very happy about that.
The book was return for refund, it was not the hardback as described.
Finally got the book. Thanks!
