The book was to have a dvd attached tothe inside cover, but was missing; disappointed. rented one from the library and wanted to full package; any chance there is a combo pack with book and dvd?

From a customer standpoint I find it egregiously unacceptable that this vendor listed and sold me a book and then claimed to no longer have the book in stock (then reposted at higher price). Low class
