very nice about changing my shipping method. but before the book shipped I said I needed to get a refund since I no longer needed the book. i never heard anything back. now I’m just stuck with it.

Bought a used book that was listed as in "Very Good" condition. When received, bottom half of the cover was ripped off (hard cover) and it had water damage. Definitely not in Very Good condition.
