I still have not recieved this book.... it was returned to you for whatever reason and yet I haven't recieved a refund nor have you resent my book to me. This is not acceptable and I am a very unhappy customer !

falsely advertised as a 3-piece book package and only sent me 1 part of it, and not even the large text but the small supplement. no response to repeated inquiries. avoid this seller.

The required cd was not in the book. I had to buy the software. I should have just bought the book new.
