Book didn't even show up. Did get a refund but still annoying

It took several weeks to receive this book after I ordered it. My son had to start school without having it for class

Very slow to deliver. The book was ordered on 1/4/17, it did not ship until 1/9/17 and was not delivered until 1/17/17. This should have never taken 13 days to reach me.

The books you get are not the ones they claim to have. The picture covers look nothing like the one they provided. Returned book on January 3rd 2017 please let me know when i will get my refund
