Tales of My Grandmothers

Grandmothers are great additions to family life. They are the connection that binds the family together. When we were little, they were people we visited on Sunday. We always expected candy or cookies, even when mom said we couldn’t have any and gave in when she agreed on just one piece. They would hug us and laugh at our stories. When they didn’t cook we would go out to eat at a restaurant and that was fun, except we had to mind our manners and sit up straight.
