Path to the Hague : Selected Documents on the Origins of the ICTY

The International Criminal Tribunal was established by the UN Security Council at the Hague in 1993. This publication presents a compilation of texts that shed light on the origins of the Tribunal, and includes a selection of letters, speeches, statements and interviews made by notable figures in its creation. This publication was first published in 1995, and will be of interest to diplomats, legal experts, journalists, historians and other researchers.
