Charles Foster lives in Riverview, New Brunswick. During World War II he served as a pilot with the British Royal Air Force. After the war he ran publicity offices in London and Hollywood, numbering among his clients Marilyn Monroe, Richard Burton, Boris Karloff, Errol Flynn, and Benny Hill.
