Lyrical Diary

Sheila Henderson was born in West Virginia in 1978 and moved to Florida three years later, where she continues to reside. She is a young mother of two beautiful children. Writing is a release of feelings to her, which is reflected in the passion she puts in her words. She writes of the many different elements of life and emotions such as love, lust, pain, friendship, parenthood, deceit, trial, spirituality, inspiration, and family. She has the ability to put herself into others' shoes and write from their experiences, using the poetry as a gift of compassion and comfort. It was her own trials, accomplishments, and feelings that inspired Lyrical Diary.
