Graffiti Wipeout

ELGAR, a thirteen-year-old, lives with his father, a custodian & his mother, who sews piece goods, in a little house on the roof of a factory building in downtown Los Angeles. There is a community & cooperative spirit where workers come from multi-cultural backgrounds. Elgar helps his father to keep the building clean by painting out GRAFFITI--which has become an almost impossible task because of a "tagger" named Risk.
