["Court Fees Regulations. Commentary"]This is a commentary of the new Court Fees Act on the basis of the modernisation of the entire judicial cost law entering into force on July 1, 2004. Although a great part of the content of the law was not materially changed, the whole commentary had to be rewritten due to the new structuring. Of course also the stream of published and partially also of unpublished judiciary, which did not stop since the issue of the previous edition, has been evaluated for the new edition. The sources and quotations have been deleted insofar as they are only of law historical interest, to the extent that former judiciary, etc., still have a certain significance for the application of the new law, special reference was made to this. Furthermore the text has been preceded with a comparison of the new and the old provisions.
