Dr. Raymond J. Hill was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. He began his professional career with twenty-four years in the Catholic priesthood, twenty of which were in the United States Air Force as a chaplain. On retiring from the Air Force, he achieved his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida.
