Richard J. Jagacinski received a bachelor's degree from Princeton University in electrical engineering and a doctoral degree in experimental psychology from the University of Michigan. He is a professor in the Department of Psychology at The Ohio State University, where he has taught since 1973. His research interests include perceptual-motor coordination, decision making in dynamic contexts, human factors, aging, and human interaction with the natural environment. John M. Flach received his doctoral degree in experimental psychology from The Ohio State University in 1984. From 1984 to 1990, he held joint appointments in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, the Institute of Aviation, and the Psychology Department of the University of Illinois.
