The author was born in 1953 into an Anglo-Irish family, was educated at a private Roman Catholic school, attended Mass regularly, served as an altar-boy, and received Confirmation at the age of eleven. By his late teens he had rejected Catholicism and belief in God, for the occult, and was to be trained by a local witch. Before this training could begin he was taken badly ill and nearly died. During this crisis, he prayed for the first time in years, and promised to turn back to God if He would but spare his life. At that moment his recovery began, and he started to search for God and His Truth. Through many different incidents, by God's Grace, he was led to an unqualified and most literal acceptance of the Scriptures, and of the Atonement wrought by Christ for our forgiveness, pardon, justification, and sanctification. He is now an honorary member of the Academic Faculty of The European Theological Seminary and College Of The Bible, in the capacity of Researcher and Examiner.Phelan, M. W. J. is the author of 'Christology Of Philippians 2 6-11, An Examination Of The Person And Work Of Christ' with ISBN 9780954720513 and ISBN 0954720512.
