Kurt A. Buzard, MD, FACS: earned his MD from Northwestern University and holds an advanced degree in physics from Stanford University. Dr. Buzard's background includes a 4-year residency at Jules Stein Institute and UCLA followed by a fellowship in corneal and refractive surgery at Manhattan Eye, Ear, Nose and Throat Hospital, where he studied corneal disorders and refractive surgery under the tutelage of Dr. Richard Troutman. Dr. Buzard has been in practice in Las Vegas since 1986. Jean-Luc Febbraro, MD: Dr. Febbraro obtained his doctorate of medicine at Turin University, Italy, began his residency at Milan University, Italy, and completed his residency at the Ambrose Pare Hospital and Rothschild Foundation in Paris. His fellowship in corneal and refractive surgery was accomplished at Paris VII University.
