I will never use this service again. i never recieved my book. I have tried to contact several times and never recieved a response. If you ever do decide to contact me, I would like a full refund.
Great service/delivery
Pages were torn out of the book and it was sold as new. Not happy at all.
My book arrived without the on-line access code. It was also a teacher's manual rather than a student copy, so I have to try to ignore the answers in the book when doing assignments.
never got the merchandise. luckily got my refund from Valore books. Will probably not use this site again.
They sold me a copy stamped "not for resell, for review and evaluation only". Prompt delivery
book sent on time, excellent condition (better than advertised) and $100 cheaper than new.
