I did receive the book, however it was an International Edition and I was not allowed to use the book for my class. Would like to return it if I could.

I was promised to recive a new book with connect plus included, espically for that kind of money. It was used, drawn all over and no connect plus access code.

I thought it was the American version when I ordered it because the company who sold it used a picture of the American version and the ISBN of the American version and sent me an international version

good. the only problem is the book came from Thailand instead of New York and it was another version (the international version). But the content is the same

I have returned the book because it was an incorrect delivery. I still have not received a refund.
