The book delivered was not what was ordered. Deliverd book was Fundamentals of Business Data Communications, and a version not for sale in the US! Very disappointing! Please provide full refund!
The book arrived by the date promised. However, it was not the text that I was expecting. Thankfully, it was a close enough version to the book I actually needed, so I kept it. But it was still not the correct book.
The right book, on time. Can't ask for more than that. Oh yeah. Great price, the best part!
The "expedited" service was horrible. The fact that I requested support and was never contacted will result in never putting an order through your company again!
