I paid for expedited shipping & it took long to receive the book ordered with expedited shipping then it did to receive books ordered from 2 other sellers without expedited shipping. I received those 3 days earlier then this book. I tried to contact Valore Books & could not find a phone number anywhere until I read a review from someone who had similar issues. When I finally reached Valore they were not able to contact the seller other than by email. I had already sent an email to both the seller & Valore Books to no avail on the part of either of them. I proceed to send several other emails to the seller & they finally responded commenting on how many emails I sent them but they where not able to check into this from where they were & advised that they would check into it when they whereever they needed to be to check on this but I never heard back from them. This book was needed on Tuesay 8/27 & I finally received it on Monday 8/26. If I would have known that expedited shipping did not mean expedited shipping I would not have ordered from this seller obviously since I needed the book quickly. Valore was no help in the situation. I advised them when I spoke with their customer service that I would never use them again. Normally I have received tracking information with a confirmation once the book was shipped by the seller. This seller did not give any tracking information which was why I was so upset since I couldn't get any assistance from Valore or the seller & I had no way to track the delivery myself. Bad experience. I do not recommend this seller or Valore.
