USPS tracking number didn't work. When package was not delivered for several days after the stated window I contacted seller three times asking for an update. Seller never responded.

Asked for a tracking # several times never got one. didn't show up for a month was suppose to be 4-7 days. they lost in mail and then had to reship and no communication until a week after delivered
