My book was practically folded in half when it arrived, ruining the cover and many of the pages inside. It came like regular mail (USPS), but the packaging said UPS. I didn't know who to complain to.

I got what I wanted and expected. I'm glad that there was a detailed description of the condition of the book. It came a little later than I expected, but only by a couple of days...no biggy.

Book was in extremely bad shape; the front cover was completely torn off. I can't believe that anyone would sell an item in this condition. Buy from this seller at your own risk!
