I did not receive the book or a notification that the book would not be arriving. I needed this book for class and i wont have it in time thanks to the crappy customer service.
Shipped very fast! Packaging was not good - packaging ripped, cover was bent.
Item wasnt as pictured and there was nothing in the description to indicate it was different.
Book was "mislisted" and now I'm out of the shipping amount twice. Wouldn't order from again!! BEWARE
book was stated to be in "good" condition. It however was not. binding was broken, not loose ,but broken causing over 1/3 of the book to almost completely rip off the spine of the book.
My order was cancelled after about four days. About the time when i was supposed to recieve this book by priority shipping. I would not count on this seller.
order came quickly. book was in excellant shape. would use seller again
The book was 80-90% hilighted on almost every page. Book was worn and ragged. CD missig. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
Arrived within specified time. Book condition was as promised
