this access card does not work. the code is invalid and is completely useless and a waste of money because I cannot even get into the website course. I would like a refund on this

I received notice that my book mailed on Friday. According to the tracking number it wasn’t dropped off at the post office until late Tuesday afternoon. This left me without a textbook for 2

Book is in reasonably good condition and does not appear to have any writing on the inside.

I ordered this book over a week ago to rent and had to follow up to see when it was coming, only to find out that the order was canceled so I am not happy at all. My class starts in a week.
