Ron Shaffer is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Shaffer is also a community development economist with the University of Wisconsin-Extension Steve Deller is a Professor in the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
